Refundable Fare Policy

For Sky Cana refundable fares, cancellations are permitted any time prior to the scheduled departure.

If your plans change you can apply for a full refund to the original form of payment.

If a portion of the itinerary has been flown, the refund will be given in the amount equal to the unused portion of the trip cancelled.

Nonrefundable Fare Policy

For Sky Cana nonrefundable fares, cancellations can be made prior to the scheduled departure however a cancellation fee will be deducted from the original cost of your flight. The remaining value will be provided as a credit. Some tickets, such as Sky Basic & Sky Promo, cannot be changed or cancelled.

Mixed Fare Policy

In case one portion of a reservation is issued as a refundable fare and another portion is issued as a nonrefundable fare, for each fare type will apply the respective refund and cancellation policies.

Canceling Within 24 Hours of booking flights to and from the United States

If you booked your travel seven days or more prior to the scheduled departure date, you have 24 hours from the time the reservation was made to cancel it without a cancellation fee. All the legs in the booking must be cancelled to proceed with the refund.

Bookings that have been modified are not eligible for a refund and are subject to a cancellation fee, regardless of being within 24 hours of the original booking.

Cancellations may be performed on by managing your booking or by contacting our customer contact center.

No Show Passenger

You must change or cancel your flight 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time to avoid your ticket from being canceled automatically by the system (No show).

If you miss your flight, please contact our customer care center; a reactivation fee may apply in order to confirm a new itinerary.
